How do I modify or cancel my booking?

You can reschedule or cancel from your dashboard up to 24 hours before pickup. After that, changes require support. Guests can use the Manage Booking page with their confirmation code.

What documents do I need at pickup?

A valid driver's license, the credit or debit card used for the deposit, and proof of insurance if you selected the 'own insurance' option.

How does the security deposit work?

We place a temporary authorization hold on your card at pickup. It's released within 3–7 business days after return, provided no damages or fees apply.

What happens if I return late?

A one-hour grace period applies. Beyond that, overtime is billed at 1.5× the hourly daily rate, rounded up per hour, and charged to the card on file.

Do you offer airport pickup?

Yes — Clinton, MD is our default pickup and dropoff location. Additional locations are shown at checkout when available.

Question 6

Is insurance required?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your own full-coverage policy is required. You must enter your policy details and upload your declaration page at checkout, and your coverage must stay active for the whole rental. We do not sell or provide rental coverage.
